I received exactly what was in the contract. They did a very good job from beginning to end and I highly recommend them.

We would like to review your notes on your job to be sure you're job was reviewed correctly. Hippo Roofing has been in business since 2004 and we have expanded into 3 other counties. Every good and bad experience is a learning lesson to get better at what we do.
I'd say so. They quoted me to replace rotten fascia and cover all with aluminum. After the first time they said it was complete, it was found that they did not replace a single board. They had to remove all the aluminum and start again. Pretty sure they were just hoping we hadn't asked for proof.
No the price I was quoted was what I paid. Now I did decide to change and wanted a colored roof so I paid extra for color. I was also quoted the price for color when the gave me my estimate for plain and again that was my final bill. Everything matched, I double checked their math and final bill against the estimate. I am very pleased with my Hippo Metal roof! 😊
Quoted one grade roof then requested permit for a lesser grade roof.
