I am having the same problem! I have been on holdfor over 2 hours three different times. Service tech said the store manager would call me about my couch; that was three weeks ago. still no phone call. If you call the store it rolls over to a answering machine. The customer service department is horrible. I've been dealing with the same issue for a year now! My problem still has not been resloved.
We have made three 40+ minute phone calls, the tech came twice and could not fix our problem. There's not enough stuffing in our recliner and you can feel the wood in the arms. He tried to fix it and left lumps in one arm, then garbled the fabric back together in the back where everyone sees it. They will not honor a new chair so we are planning to call small claims with the BBB. Wish I could post pic!!!
