I ordered a table and a side board which came to over 5k. They delivered the table first which had scratches on it, called immediately they said we will bring another one out waited a month. Then the brought a new table and side board but did not want to set it up even though I paid for it but the the delivery guy didn’t speak English. New table but stained this time. WTH? I paid for a new table not a return. Worst customer service I ever ever dealt with! I wouldn’t give them another penny! Worst furniture store in all of Dayton! Can’t never get ahold of any one. Of course my sales guy Tom said he apologizes but come on guys I have taken 3 days off work and still haven’t gotten it right!

No communication. I bought furniture 5 weeks ago and was told it would be delivered end of March 2022. After calling for four days and not getting any call back or answer…we have been informed that it is a corporate decision to delay our delivery. Delivery has been changed from March 2022 to April 2023. 13 months. Delayed 13 months…and told it was a corporate decision.

I am having the same problem! I have been on holdfor over 2 hours three different times. Service tech said the store manager would call me about my couch; that was three weeks ago. still no phone call. If you call the store it rolls over to a answering machine. The customer service department is horrible. I've been dealing with the same issue for a year now! My problem still has not been resloved.

All recommended safety precautions were taken I was there. Everyone had masks on, were distanced properly and they had plenty of hand santatizer available.
Call them...then hope for the best.
