Do not use this company. As a medical professional myself, I cannot believe the unethical manner in which this company does business. I ordered a piece of their equipment. I tried it for 1 day and returned it. I was charged twice. I called billing explaining I returned the equipment and was waiting on my refund. One day later, another $125 charge. I returned the equipment without using it more than 10 minutes and have paid more than $400. Do not give them a credit card or debit card. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau- something I’ve never done before. Avoid this company at all costs.

My Bipap has been malfunctioning. I called 4 times from when they opened to closing. Each time I was told a Respiratory Therapist would reach out to me the same day until the 4th call, I was informed because it was a Friday, no one was available to reach out to me until Monday or Tuesday. This is UNACCEPTABLE when I have respiratory health problems! I will be finding a new provider. What is the point of being open if you can't provide service to your clients. RIDICULOUS!!!

This place is AWFUL. Ordered 6 portable canisters on Monday and the driver dropped them at our door on Tuesday. There were NO regulators so my husband can’t use them and needs to leave the house TODAY. We attempted to flag down the driver but he was too busy talking on his cell phone to pay attention. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes and being told that they may be out of regulators-then why not tell us that when they were ordered on MONDAY so we could seek another alternative?! Nope-just going to drop off useless oxygen tanks 3 days before Christmas and if you can’t breath oh well. When I asked why they were dropped off if they knew they were out of regulators and why they can be purchased on Amazon yet they are out, she wouldn’t answer me. When I pushed her for an answer, she hung up on me. Yeah, Nice company that cares about the well being of their customers.
