No they dont. I had surgery on my knee and we needed one. First off you have to go through security to get one and when we explained i couldnt walk they didnt want to even bring me one. It was real rickety and rinky dink and it didnt have any pedals for your feet. They werent really helpful at all either. You would think for a mall that makes you pay for parking would at least have one decent wheelchair. Mind you it took about 45 minutes for me to get it. Take my advice and just don't!!
Hello Donna, The parking garage has handicap parking which is conveniently right next to the elevators that can access any floor of the mall or parking garage. There are bathrooms all over the mall and they are all labeled handicap accessible but there are separate family bathrooms in the food court on the third floor, there is one on the third floor in Nordstroms. The family bathrooms are much bigger and private, the public bathrooms are very difficult to use when its very busy.. There is a bathroom in the imax on the entertainment floor but not in the regular cinema. The bathroom in the iMax is one of the tightest bathrooms. Wheel chair rentals are located in the mall security office on level B. I hope that helps.

I also haven't ever seen them, so I don't believe so. You may want to contact the security desk...they're on one of the lower levels of the parking garage. They'd be the ones to do it.
