So this is the 3rd time i have a lock on my unit even though my bill is paid. I SPECIFICALLY told the guy to MAKE SURE I CAN GET IN MY UNIT IM RENTING A TRUCK. Who the hell is gonna open mitunit???

Does anyone have the managers number? Ive tried calling every number i could find with no luck. I cant even find a valid email address and the national branch of storage of america just gave me the same 3 numbers i have been calling all morning.

Ok so they were never open on Sundays. And the hours are now changed at my location

Call the office number and it will give you the number to the manager who can come open it for you.
