The idea was a simple novelty T-shirt but you turned it into an amazing gift. I e-mailed a photo with a simple description of what I was looking for and the time restriction. Thankfully they were able to accommodate my request and accept a phone payment. The picture on the T-shirt looks better than the original image. Came to Off Tha Hook for shirts for a second birthday party. The shirts came out amazing and they were done very quick ( less than a week)! Once we walked into the shop, everyone was super welcoming and got straight to work with us. They worked with the design we pictured and we are satisfied with how the shirts came out. This is our second time working with this business and it won’t be the last! Definitely would recommend.

Glad to leave a positive review of a new business we recently used. My children are going to a concert and I contacted the store two days before the show. My son sent over a email after I spoke to the shop owner Rick on the phone and asked how long it would take to get 2 t-shirts printed for the concert. He was very accommodating on the phone after a couple calls to confirm email and how ordering best worked. I found him to be very polite, even though he was busy with other orders, customers, and a meeting. He suggested if I had time to come by the shop to finish the process and pick out shirts. When we walked in we were greeted by the owner Rick and he showed us several shirt options he had in stock since we needed them done in a couple days time. They were finished early the next day and when we picked them up they were exactly what we wanted and well done. Great quality, great and fair prices, and professional, super friendly staff. Will definitely go back to this store again. Loved the experience. Made us feel like friends not customers!! I sent my daughter a picture of the shirt after I picked it up and she texted me back she LOVED IT!!! It's not always easy deciding for young adult children who aren't physically with you but with Ricks recommendations he nailed it for me, THANKS SO MUCH!
