These people don’t care about helping people out I’ve been sick with covid for some time now hospitalized and everything was willing to pay my bill just couldn’t pay the whole amount at one time and they just didn’t care what I had to say couldn’t even give me an option. I have all my sons things in there and they wouldn’t even let me try to make some sort of payment to keep it from getting auctioned. Terrible

I can honestly say that within the 2 years with Storage America I have been satisfied. The manager has been very helpful with assisting to any questions or concerns that I may have. I also love the fact that they do call to remind you that a payment is becoming due soon.
