Yes, research and reading are free. Printing and copying are $ .25 per page. Computer use is free with a library card. Library cards are also free. The only charge would be for a replacement card if you lost the first one.
The books are free to read.The computer is $1 to use as a guest. If you want to use it as a patron, you have to buy a library card for $5. The library card is for borrowing books, videos, etc...
