Everyone is always so happy to help here. Librarians are the coolest humans alive.

I love the library. I've been going to this branch since I was a little girl. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

A beautiful old building. If you appreciate architecture of the past, this library is an amazing relic. The marble staircases are worn down by the decades of use. The upper level is trimmed with an ornate wrought iron railing that looks over the first floor. So beautiful!

Information online says it closes at 7PM. On the phone the hours say closes at 5PM. Also, EVERYTHING has to be by appointment only. There is plenty of room in the building to accommodate some walk ins for quick visits and still maintain social distancing and a reduced capacity. Keeping it in lockdown just means even fewer people are able to use it.

You should be able to get that online. Call library and ask
Less than 5 minutes, free unless you lose your card or need a new one for any reason. It's $5 if you're replacing an old card.

Yes, research and reading are free. Printing and copying are $ .25 per page. Computer use is free with a library card. Library cards are also free. The only charge would be for a replacement card if you lost the first one.
They do have a copy machine and I believe it's $0.50 a page. A library card is free but you do need proof of residence and an I.d. to obtain one.
