i wanted to see the "USS SALEM ASSOCIATION MEMORY ROOM" but it was locked. Is special permission needed to see this room? Another thing i wanted to know is that i saw a sign saying "MILITARY WEAPONS DISPLAY AND ARCHIVES but the bulkhead was closed?

During my visit, the weapons archive was only open while we were having our stations (before dinner) then after during our free time otherwise it was closed. I did not come across the memory eoom.

The Salem Association room and the Military Archives rooms are only open when there are volunteers available to be in these rooms. Due to the nature of what is on display in these rooms, there needs to be a museum person in them to maintain security.
