I was a patient here in the beginning of 2022 and I have nothing but great things to say. Everyone who works at NEATC is very professional and knowledgeable addiction. From the techs who greet you with a smile to the clinicians and case managers everyone has a positive and uplifting attitude and is very helpful. Another thing I really enjoyed about NEATC is the balance of people in recovery and "normies" they employ, each who have valuable information, experience and lessons to share with the patients. I would say NEATC is a very groovy place to go if you or a loved one is suffering from addiction.

My experience at this treatment center saved my life. The facility is beyond words beautiful and they go beyond measures to be this amazing. I had a hard time transitioning and becoming sober and this treatment center acted like I was finally enough for a sober life. Sobriety saved me and so do these staff members as well as my peers. We work together and we succeed. They make you feel like home and give you a whole new meaning to self worth and love for yourself. I am going to tell you before I came here thinking, I was not ever going to live a sober life and I was fine dying an addict. I finally came here and for the first time did I get hope since being an active addict, I have hope and so much happiness. I am so thankful for the staff in this treatment center they give "keep coming" a whole new meaning and it doesn't make you just come, but these wonderful people make you WANT to come because they personally make sure they get too know you and personally and sincerely care for all of us. My sobriety is so beautiful and had made my life a happier place to life all because they saved my life and they loved me when I lost love for myself and when I didn't have any hope I would recover. If you have an addiction please consider this beautiful place. You will succeed as long as you are here and you accept the road to a better life. I believe this treatment deserves a 10 out of 5 that's how absolutely beautiful and unreal the turn around for my life in sobriety has been. If you are lost and need hope and a place you can re identify yourself, this is the place you need to be in! You won't regret it!

Northeast is a wonderful place with an incredible staff and they really work hard to ensure lasting recovery. They give solid group therapy that introduce coping skills, prevention awareness, mindfulness and information about the disease of addiction. They also help introduce 12-step recovery and nurture all the aspects of service and unity by bringing clients to outside meetings and allowing individuals to work with people in recovery such as a sponsor. It is very clear they want everyone to succeed and give all the tools as well as the opportunities to ensure a successful clean and sober life.

My experience at Northeast has been nothing but positive. From the groups to the staff, it is refreshing to be accepted for who you are & know that things will get better through the process of this treatment facility. You learn things like relapse prevention & stress management which are essential to recovery. Also, the techs, such as Megan, Anne, Steven, Ellie, & Rachel, create a pleasing atmosphere making this place feel welcoming & enjoyable. I would definitely recommend anyone who is seeking to improve their lifestyle to come to this program to ensure a sober & healthier state of mind.
