My sister purchased a ticket for my daughter on her credit card as a birthday gift. I just wanted to verify that if I have a photocopy of my sister's Drivers License and Credit card along with the Order Confirmation papers will that be okay?

It should work. We had to do this for our Volcano Bay tickets which is Universal's water park. They were purchased for us by someone that wasn't going to the park with us. We had to have him send a picture of his ID to get the tickets.
