Dr. Seuss land. Would be better to wait until around 6 years old so they can ride and remember it.

You can bring your little ones but I think it's really geared towards older kids. Most rides are roller coasters and motion simulators. If you want to ride or have older kids, someone would have to stay with the little ones. Seuss's landing is cute but even that is very limited for a 2 year old.

Yes, there is Dr. Seuss Landing which is an area of Islands of Adventure with children's themed rides. There is also an area in Jurassic Park where little ones can dig and learn about dinosaur's.
