It's 427. a month with 110 , water, picnic table and a burn ring. Boats are free for you and your guest. Lake swimming ,Fishing, dog park, dog wash station, out door shuffle board, horse shoe pits. Grills at lake side, large pavilion, large dock that jets out with a gazebo to fish from are to relax, a floating dock, bikes are free for 18 y/o and up, large fenced in play ground. We have four tent sites The rate is for up to four people.
