What is the lot rent on the 55+ mobile park side and what is included. An average monthly rent will do. Also do they have seasonal or year round camping on camping side? What is the annual fee for that and what is included? Please and thank you.

Yeah mobile home side rent is $440 a month, that includes water, trash, sewer and basic cable. The RV side is $446 for prime and $417 for non prime. I don’t have permanent on RV side right now. In the fall we are 95% full so please call office for availability. The water, sewer, basic cable, trash are included. Each site has a picnic table and burn-ring. Each site also has wi-fi. Thank you! Yes they have year round on the camping side. After 3to 4 months there is a credit check. They have seasonal as well. The staff there is extremely nice and helpful. I lived there for about 2 to 3 months. You pay a lot rent of $450 I think and your own electric. They do have activities and it is a nice community. I am not 55 plus so I do not know about that part of the place.
