Nope

No there isn't a fee. This garden is in a public space between areas of parking. It's a really good example of how nice our public spaces can be and how they can add to our cities, towns and neighborhoods. This garden also houses infrastructure in that there is stormwater management in a part of the garden which simply looks like a streambed for ephemeral water, a geographical feature we have throughout desert areas. Because the garden is well done you don't see the stormwater management, you see a garden.
