You can't make an appointment, I went online to schedule one, the online instructions told me to call the general number, I waited an hour on the phone and a guy said the local office would call me back within a week to schedule an appointment and they never called me back. You have to go down there and plan on it taking at least 2 hours.

My husband went down to the office and the wait was incredible. He was told to make an appointment, but not able to do so online. Incorrect information given. I think this place (Drew Street, Clearwater, Fl) is a disgrace. Why is there not a person in this office who can make even FUTURE appointments for people who cannot wait? A simple job for the benefit of tax paying citizens. The people in this office were terribly rude as well. SS should be ashamed.

Yeah I'm here so I could get a question answered for me, but I'm just finding out as I look at the page that nobody is or has had any of there questions answered for them,I truly am blown away by the disregard to us people and completely dumfounded to why we are being ignored and our questions are not being answered, please get back to us people in need of the answers as some of us have more things to put together per our situations.
