Can’t get anybody on the phone!!!! I always have to leave a message and you’re lucky if they get back to you at the end of the day!!!!! Does anybody work there at all at all, do they answer phones at all???????? answer machine after answer machine after answering machine. Very dissatisfied no customer service at all.

I was a new patient and Dr Alison was fantastic. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly along with the lab receptionist, Michele. Very happy with their service.

Awful experience! They don't answer phones, forgot to give me a referral for a critical screen and my Doctor/resident was rude. She also didnt know the right guidelines for the test I required. She was incompetent.

I have been going here for 25 yrs. I'm very happy with my new Dr, Dr Jenkins. She is very personable, she takes her time with you, doesn't rush you through. She doesn't hesitate to send you to a specialist if that is what she feels you need.
