I simply wanted a "peace of mind" termite inspection. The other companies I contacted immediatly launched into a sales pitch telling me how they would treat my house (this is on the phone, before inspection). Instead I scheduled Swat. My insector (Tom) showed up on time, was very professional, conducted a full and thorough inspection and gave me a clean report. I was very happy to pay their inspection fee (which was reasonable) and plan to use them on an annual basis.

Called them and explained I had a rat infestation... not just rats, but an infestation of them. They had nested and were breeding. They came and set 4 traps. They came back 2 days and had (only) caught 8 rats. I have since trapped 53 more.

Just hired Swat Exterminating Company in Clearwater to do my lawn service. I have a large yard with a couple dogs, so a thorough treatment is important. Troy was the technician that did our lawn treatment today. He was very meticulous in the application, and he was also careful not to disturb our grill or fire pit with the hose. When Troy was done, he rang the doorbell and gave me the invoice and description of what was applied along with watering recommendations for my yard. In addition, he found a nail in our driveway behind one of our vehicles and gave it to me. Flat tire avoided! Friendly, honest, and conscientious service! I have no reservations in highly recommending Swat Exterminating company for your lawn service and pest control needs.
