Do they take unwanted dogs

Yes they do. They would prefer to have the opportunity to re-home the dogs if person is unable to kick the dog.

They take surrenders, strays, baskets on the front porch. They take 'em all. Cats, dogs, birds, small animals, reptiles/amphibians.

Yea, they do take dogs. My dog of 15yrs was not doing well. The Humane Reacue Alliance did everything evaluating him but he was pass his years. They helped me with a peaceful surrender and an option for his ashes

I believe they take surrenders. My rescue was a surrender.
