No they are not free the price is 15.00 per shot distemper shot and $15 for the rabies shot if you want to get them the bordetella shot is $15 also and that is not a lot of money believe me
I think,they have an special program for families that can't afford medical care for their pet or with low incomes. by the way, there you can have good medical care for you furry friend for low cost. Good luck..
