It's a very nice steakhouse, I'd recommend casual elegant or business casual. However, being in one of the tourist capitals of the world especially for theme park enthusiasts, shorts and sandals aren't uncommon. Don't worry too much about attire and you'll blend right in.
I have seen people in shorts and t-shirts b/c I am assuming while on vacation they did not expect to eat there. If you can plan ahead then I agree with the business casual.
Business casual. Its not strictly enforced. Alot of touists dine there and they dont always bring fancy cloths with them in vacation.
