I have good memories of coming here long ago, but unfortunately my most recent visit makes me never want to return, unless the menu adapts to a wider group of dietary preferences. I went here with my omnivore friend to honor her choice and preferences, but I certainly wouldn't have chosen to go to a steakhouse as a vegetarian. The only entree options are a basic salad or the country veg plate, which may contain a salad BUT contains no significant source of protein, and only a small amount of fiber. Lack of these two types of nutrients are what makes a person feel hungry soon after a meal, despite eating until they feel full at mealtime. I woke up at 2 am from hunger and couldn't fall back asleep because of this incomplete meal. I was in a hotel room and could not just conveniently find a snack like if I was at home, but this is beside the point. A suggestion for management to consider is a Beyond or Impossible burger among their other burger offerings, and that plant based meat also could possibly be incorporated into existing dishes like the chili, if a small portion of the chili is first separated from the rest containing ground beef. With this aside, the steamed vegetable side dish was hardly considered steamed, the carrots and broccoli were basically still raw and difficult to pierce with a fork. While browsing the menu online, their website automatically brings the page up to the top once you finish swiping, making it rather annoying to look at the menu on a phone. The only reasons it's not a 1 star review is because my server was amazing, and their rolls and cinnamon butter are good, but not good enough to want to have them with a mediocre meal. Putting a bunch of side dishes or fried appetizers together is not a satisfying meal, sorry. I hope the manager of this location and the big corporate decision makers listen to their customers' opinions, even if they're not all glowing.

Covid safety practices include masks up to your dining areas, dividers between each booth/ area. No large groups and I bet the chefs help also with their expedited cooking and talents.
