Im in fear for my safety an my life with an ex. I've been told that because of him being homeless it makes it harder to get an injuction against him. Can I still get one an god forbid when he comes around can he be served then?

That's not true. My ex husband was homeless & he was served the min he got arrested on an unrelated charge. Go to the courthouse & they can answer all your questions. Good luck :)
