The attitude of the inmates insures their safety. If you're not violently resisting authority there will be no violence!

No one in my experience. I'd love to hear a response from LE. There's so very much wrong in there jail/prison system...drugs, sex, violence... And gaurds are part of the problem. There are countless numbers of articles coming out about this issue. I've seen it myself where male gaurds take female inmates into there "watch tower", it's insane.
