Also if you're referring to the time of day to go I would definitely say to try and get there as soon as possible that way you can ride all the popular rides that easily get backed up wait times (HULK, Escape from Gringgotts, Hagrid's, etc.). Also if you go after 6 the wait times also seem to go down quite a bit.
Just like Disney World, there's really no off season for Universal, but the week after Labor Day until mid-December (excluding Thanksgiving week) and January to mid-May (excluding spring break) are known for smaller crowds, cooler weather, and less humid air.
That's totally subjective, depends on what you want. More or less traffic, weather and who you going with.
Go early to big rides early. Stay after 5 to get reduced lines, but parks close a little early right now.
During the week while school is still in session. No lines, no crowds.
Morning during weekends
The park has no limit on capacity due to covid. It's crowded now. It's better to to go in the spring or fall..that summer heat will be draining.
