Express passes vary. $269/person for 2 Park pass unlimited, then down from there. The park will tell you it cuts wait time in half, but there's no guarantee. IMO, not worth it for big families. Your better off staying on property and hitting the park early to knock out the most popular rides. We made it to Hagrid's motorbike within 10 minutes by going early. On an other day, we waited for 3 hours at normal time because they don't honor Express passes. If your considering an express pass, I would consider the one pass per ride option for $229 to keep the cost down.

The prices vary according to attendance & demand. On 5/3, the cost was $279 per person for 1 park.

Depends on the day - starts at $69 and $99 respectively though. Prices get higher closer to the date and it is based on what they think capacity at the park will be
