My 3 year old basically got on all the rides. Alot of the rides are simulation so height isnt a huge factor however if you visit the site it allows you to view rides based on height.

Depending on age and height they do have dr suess landing which has smaller children type rides. There are also areas near the Simpsons rides that have smaller rides like teacups and games to play. But like Raymond said the app has all of this information on a per ride basis.
