Most definitely there is a lil bit for every age. Lots of characters. They also have a live animal show .
Yes there are tons of character experiences Seuss Landing and there are some rides for smaller kids they also can go on the bridges outside the water rides where you can go to get splashed. There's parts of the park where you can go and just sit down and get rest and blow bubbles and listen to music when the parade comes by see all the characters dance
