I'm coming to universal studios and I'm going in a wheel chair but I can still ride the rides. How will that work and will they allow it?

Yes they will help you

They will allow it, depending on the ride you may have to transfer from a wheelchair to another vehicle. On some rides you'll take your wheelchair straight on. On some rides you'll be able to take your wheelchair right through the line, and and others you won't be able to take your wheelchair through line and use a separate entrance. Each ride has its own procedure you should always ask the first team member that you see.

Yup, I've seen other people in wheelchairs being assisted or directed to the ride, especially since some ride lines have stairs. They'll hold your wheelchair while you're on the ride, because you can't take it with you.

Most rides will be accessible by wheelchair via a ramp, though depending on what someone is in a wheelchair for, it may be hard to get into some of the rides as they are pretty tight and you sit sort of awkward. Never hurts to try though. Hope you have fun!
