There is a place as your entering parks to rent scooters. If your meaning power wheel chairs anyway. Also, out where you go through security near the restrooms there is a desk to get wheel chairs. Not entirely sure if they offer the power chairs there specifically but 100% other wheel chairs. They require a $50 deposit as well as a fee of either $13 or $15. Not entirely sure on the price for the power chairs or if their similar.
Yes, they call them ECV and you can get them from some of the Rental Service locations. I would call ahead though, because I suspect they run out quickly.
