If your flight is delayed while on the ground, call them and give them a new est arrival. Mine was delayed 3 times and each time I called I adjusted my arrival. eventually arrived at 2am on a flight that was scheduled to arrive at 10pm. I only had to wait 10 mins after confirming my arrival.
My flight was delayed and they knew. The driver stated they monitor the flight arrival time.
