Lies, lies, and more lies. They towed my car then no one was there when I went to pick it up. They kept saying someone is coming so I waited over an hour for my car at their tow yard in St. Pete. They are rude and hang up the phone as well. 1 more 1 star review is what they deserve.

Hit by them driver cited for wreck and there ins is sketchy after reading all the write ups we will prolly never recover our loss.

I bought a sandwich from st Pete Publix at dolphin village plaza and went across the street to the beach to eat my sandwich. when I got back to the plaza 20 minutes after, my car was towed.. I had to walk 9 miles to pick up my vehicle and noticed my bumper was loose. I can't put it back into place. They guy behind the counter was very polite and empathetic

I can’t speak for every employee there but the call centre was friendly and informative. The gentleman who returned my car was so friendly and deeply kind. We chatted about tattoos, our hometowns; he seemed genuinely apologetic about my car being in the lot. Wasn’t his fault of course! I had accidentally parked in a permit only zone & didn’t realise what I had done until it was too late. My car was taken in carefully and parked in a great spot. As I left to get it, the man behind the counter kindly wished me a better day. Cost was quite reasonable. Honestly, I just thought their employee was friggin great & I appreciated our interaction so much!
