I reserved 2 vehicles because we traveled in a group of 11 people and I was told they did not have a vehicle to accommodate that many. (No Problem). We arrived at the airport and 1 driver was there (William) and the other driver was caught in traffic so they were sending someone different; frustrating waiting for 15 minutes but you can not predict traffic. Other vehicle arrives and we were told it would only carry 3 people so I went with 2 children ( it was SUV and would have carried more) and the rest of the party went to the other vehicle. Guess What? The other vehicle was 11 passenger van..... We could have saved considerable money not having to pay for 2 vehicles (both ways) but to top it off, the driver that had me and 2 little kids DROPPED US OFF AT THE WRONG LOCATION! After trying to check in and being told it was not the right place, we gathered our luggage and walked to the correct place. My Travel Agent contacted the owner who told her that he checked with the driver and we were not dropped off at the wrong place!!! Ummm, Yes we were! Instead of accusing me of lying a simple apology would have been sufficient!

Prices are higher than yellow cab prices on the spot, wait time is unbelievably long and customer service is absolutely awful! Even after pre-paying for your ride and waiting for a long period of time don’t even count on getting the service if you have any sort of special needs like a child card seat. The company will not contact you until you are waiting for the shuttle for a while and that is when they will tell you that they cannot accommodate you. Tampa’s Airport supervisor – Lisa is extremely rude and uncooperative. I would highly recommend to stay away from Super Shuttle.

Our experience with Super Shuttle in St Pete’s beach was very good... both trips to hotel and back were without any problems and the drivers were very nice and friendly... I liked the way they kept in touch with us throughout our stay as to times of pickup. I believe our driver’s name was Becky to the airport .. she was friendly and told us a little about the area. We will definitely use the service again!

My ride home from the airport was cancelled and i never got picked up! I was assigned to a driver who was located in Zephyr Hills and he did not move quickly enough, so they assigned me to another driver. This driver never picked me up and my trip was quickly closed out as completed (without me getting picked up!!!) Its a horrible phone app to allow the drivers to do that to riders. I saw van drivers pull up, call a name, no one came and the driver moved on. Then it happened to me. No wonder they have to rent third party limo drivers to pick up the slack from their drivers that do not care about customers. Previous time it happened to me, the driver assigned to me bailed out on me (single customer) and then he picked up a three customer pool while I looked on in amazement, my driver calling out other customers and not me!. Two hours later, a custom limo picked us up. This method of operation is not correct or fair! Their phone app needs to post a phone number and a "help" feature as the phone signal in the blue pickup areas in TPA are not conducive to being on hold for very long (dropped calls a few times).

If your flight is delayed while on the ground, call them and give them a new est arrival. Mine was delayed 3 times and each time I called I adjusted my arrival. eventually arrived at 2am on a flight that was scheduled to arrive at 10pm. I only had to wait 10 mins after confirming my arrival.
The shuttle drive should call you the day before and tell you the time of pickup. It is usually 3 hrs before the flight.
