What is the issue that the phones are not being answered. I received a call from an associate regarding a pickup order, and attempted 11 times, recalled each time trying every department. one call was avg 20 min hold.

It would be best to just take a ride to Walmart,I love walmart that would be a great excuse to go to Walmart😉

They have always answered pretty quickly when I've called weired

I've never called, but otherwise my experience have really been great. But I also have a very high level of patience when dealing with people. You just never know what's going on in their lives.

They take their time with everything in that store

Answering the phone isn't a priority there it's best to bite the bullet and just go in.

They never answer the phone they are really lazy and some of them have nasty attitudes.
