Does anyone ever get stopped for illegally tinted windows in Florida?

I am sure if you pull up the public record, You will find an ALARMING amount of young black & Hispanic males! Generally between the ages of 18-25yrs of age! Are actually stopped ALL the time "Allegedly" Reported by the officer or officers at the time, For "Illegal" tint. However you need a hand held device to measure the level of tint on a vehicle window, So guess they just violate constitutional rights on a regular, By "Playing it by EYE" 🤷 An hey see what comes of it! 🙄
