I got a storage unit and immediately moved my stuff out. First the parking lot is so cluttered with U-haul trucks you can hardly drive in there (don't even think about bringing a trailer in there). Second- the door to the units are very thin wood. Third- the latches for the units have exposed screws so you can simply unscrew the latch/ lock. Fourth- Absolutely no security; no gate, no codes, door for access to inside units has no code, no fence, and never once saw an employee. Fifth- they have mice. And Sixth- people live in their units, stay there all night. I do not recommend this location for a storage unit.

I’ve used this place several times. There’s a huge difference depending on which crew is working. There’s a couple younger guys one time who clearly didn’t even care to be there. The manager is pretty good though and overall I’ve been satisfied.

Corporate changed my pickup location at the last minute but it all worked out. The manager is super nice and professional. He had my truck and trailer ready to go and pickup was a breeze. Much appreciated!
