We were quoted 148 to clean 4 rooms. We had a small family r room, 1 small bedroom and an area rug(bedroom size in dining room). Well they did family room. We took out chairs mirrored cubes, lamps, tall vases each side of fireplace. They told us to move furniture. I am 75, my spouse is 65. Two mentally challenged kids; we removed what we could. Well where we removed tall vases they did not even clean. In the kids small bedroom they pulled the bottom of their pump got the whole spread bottom wet. The carpet doesn't look clean at all. All the carpeting is only 2 1/2 years old My bedroom they lifted a small shear curtain and tied it; but they never cleaned that area at all. Then we used th dining room as the 4th room."OH NO!" You can't do that. No one said that to us. It is big enough. Oh no; they said that is a throw rug. I like to see one of them throw thi rug. Well the bill was $188.49; I believe. At the same time the younger guy was rude, nonprofessional and didn't care about what was going on. The older guy was nice, but at the same time was busy. We are calling this company tonight to make our complaints. I believe they took advantage of us. Never again would I have them. They told us not to walk on the carpet. They did in my bedroom because they forgot to put a special paper around the wooden legs of a chair. Boot prints from the door all the way to that chair. Where did they expect us to sleep?
