I have lived at Grande Court for 7 years. During that time we have gone through a few managers and a couple owners. I will say that the current manager (Al) has improved greatly since taking on the job. Yes, there are issues with cockroaches (not everyone keeps a clean home), but all I have to do is request to have the exterminator come out and he does, very promptly. I did have an issue with my A/C acting up but they put a new unit in which took care of the problem. The apartments are spacious, in my opinion. Noise, talking, climbing the stairs can be heard from the breezeways but I just overlook it. Management has had some trouble finding and keeping maintenance workers, although that has never affected me getting anything repaired. The grounds are maintained nicely, some would complain about the noise from the lawn mowers and leaf blowers but I look at it like...at least someone else is out in that heat mowing and it's not me. Lol. My only complaint would be that the pool is not kept clean and it is often locked when I try to go swim. But all in all, it's a nice place to live. I have good, quiet neighbors. I try to respect them and they do the same.

This is not a horrible place to live, however there are real issues at this property. But it is more reasonable than any other properties in the area. With a price it is satisfactory but that is about it

Currently, almost 1k/month. 968 or something like that. Plus 45 if you want a few decade old washer dryer combo in unit. Income restrictions do apply & housing choice vouchers accepted. One of the most affordable places to live, besides having your own home, I've researched in the area. Wait list is long. There are also many more housing developments being built in the area on Greenwood Ave, Wellen Park, Ohana Way (off panacea/Toledo Blade minutes from 75), by city center/hall area, Toledo Blade itself by price, and soon to be north of 75 destroying more wildlife natural habitats. Also plenty of new home construction if you can afford the mortgage and plan to be in the area for a while to help it grow. I'd start by getting leaders in who can actually manage the exponential growth of the area. Very poor city planning on 41 and surrounding areas as far as traffic patterns & flow go, especially knowing how many more housing units are going in in the area. Hope that helps
