Depending on how long you will actually be staying and if the site is available you may find that an annual contract is cheaper in the long run. I know a few people who do that... Pay annually but are only on site a portion of the year. I believe the annual site fee is $690 or so.
From Jan 2020 till March 2020 (peak season) it is $1396 per month for pull thru.
