I am generally a healthy person. Plenty of exercise and I eat well...except during COVID. Worry about family, friends, my business and my job created a giant health mess for me. Anxiety, limited exercise and poor eating did not do my body and mind any favors. I decided to go to Root Healing to get me back on track. The anxiety herbs worked wonders and Dr. Healy discovered significant issues with my thyroid that was driving most of the anxiety. I also found out many of the foods I eat all the time were the reason I was having digestive issues after completing the sensitivity testing. I did the 6 week food detox program to reset my body. I can only say I haven't felt this good in several years. I can now eat intelligently and my anxiety is gone with my thyroid leveling out. I love the acupuncture treatments as well. I am being treated for neuropathy by Dr. Shyler Neveaux. I have had 14 acupuncture treatments already and have 50% more feeling in my feet and legs. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Shyler. She is a wonderful person, very warm, very kind, and knows a lot about acupuncture. I think she said she’s been doing this for 27 years.
