Clean, well maintained rv resort. Customer service is impeccable! Kevin at the front desk was super helpful and assisted us in finding a lot to keep our rv for a couple of months. He made everything so easy - very pleasant experience!

The cottage that we rented at this place was phenomenal. Who knew this place was even this nice. It's so subtle from the drive by but so much depth when you pull in. The place was clean and huge! It was like the home away from home. The staff was wonderful, in particular Kevin went over and above to ensure our stay was all that we needed. I will stay again!

Our family had a great time. This community is very quiet, with beaches and restaurants in close proximity. The staff is very kind and helpful. The entire resort is very clean. It is obvious that they work very diligently to keep everything looking nice. We will definitely visit again.

This is an awesome place to camp and live year round. The staff is great. If you want a clean, friendly, and family place to stay this is the place. We have travelled 13 states with RV and the is the BEST place we have been in!!!

You'll have to call the resort for prices
Hi Lauren, Yes, we offer long-term stays. Please give us a call at (727) 784-3719 for current rates and availability.
I am here at Dunedin RV Resort for the winter, and it is definitely an all-ages park, NOT 55+,
No, open fires are not allowed. Beautiful campground however!
I know they fill up fast during "season", especially over the holidays. I would give them a call & at the very least find out when you can reserve. It's very nice here & close to so much. Enjoy your time in Dunedin.
Do you take van campets
I look on vrbo. It does vary from season to season. I rented one Thanksgiving week for $54 a night. It was perfect for what we needed.
No
I do not believe they have tent sites in this park.
It would be better to call and reserve that time.
Depending on how long you will actually be staying and if the site is available you may find that an annual contract is cheaper in the long run. I know a few people who do that... Pay annually but are only on site a portion of the year. I believe the annual site fee is $690 or so.
Call the main office and ask for Cindy. They have that information.
Scott Carr I'm sorry to hear that happened! My girls are extremely well behaved, always on leash, and mind their manners. I expect nothing less and they know it. I hate the term aggressive breed,it's painting every dog with a bad brush and these girls are my rescues and they've rescued me as well. They are in service training so I don't think they can stop us from having them there but I wouldn't come if we straight up aren't welcome due to their breed. Thank you all for your help I really appreciate it. I hope you and your wife are doing well Scott Carr!
Calling would be best.
Please call the resort directly. This is jus a community of travelers who have visited.
Martín is correct. It would be best to contact them directly.
