Adults can jump too. The areas are divided up by age brackets to ensure safety for all ages. There is dodgeball, an obstacle course that mimics an american ninja warrior course, basketball hoops to use with the trampolines, a foam pit you can jump into. It is a great time for all ages!
All ages! Not only do they have trampolines, they have a warrior course which is an obstacle course. Theres places to do basketball and dodgeball, and theres also skyfit which is a fitness class.
Yes adults can do it too and let me speak from experience, its a lot of fun.
