DJ, call there home office or their local District Manager. Then explain your issue specifically not just a "horrible store".
Yes dj unfortunately so have I I bet if you call the main headquarters and describe your grievances heads will roll experiences with them is that they aren't customer orientated extremely rude always know more then you do so they think flunkies is what I see
Covid is the excuse for supply side issues but poor service is the new pandemic.
