Lowe’s used to be my favorite store but not anymore. I spent over $4000 on kitchen appliances and they’re dropping the ball returning $200 and change on a rebate promotion. Been trying to get this handled since March 2022. Highly recommend going somewhere else for all business. Recommendation? Make sure every Lowe’s store in the USA has a rebate complaint customer service department and can look up your information in real time and process it in real time from their store. Going overseas and having USA business handled it’s taking way too long and a lot of times there’s a communication barrier. Lowe’s do you need to do better! Don’t deal with companies that can’t follow through. My products came from LG in case anybody was wondering.

Myself and my wife shopped here (Lowes’s of Lady Lake) yesterday 7/3/22 and in the process of the store being very busy we were in need of some assistance. So I walked up to the front door area to ask for some assistance and with out knowing we were greeted by the store manager Clay, super good guy!!! Very personable and super knowledgeable. I have shopped many different Lowe’s over the years and there is a lot of other people and managers that should take notes. Since we have recently bought a home in the area this Lowes’s will always have our business!! Thank you Clay for all your help, he even helped to understand that we did not need to purchase some items that we thought we did. How many people would tell you you can put things back on the shelf?? We purchased a electric pressure washer and a grill. Again Thank you!

Just moved to the area from Kentucky. I am an ex Lowes employee from there and so I am very familiar with how customer service works and the importance of treating customers with a bit of knowledge and if you don't have the answer you find the answer. That being said all questions we asked the employees ( a new store has different placement of merchandise ) those questions were met with a simple "I don't know " and nothing more. Lowe's of Summerfield Fl. you need to train these guys better. Home Depot is looking better all the time.

Lowe's has a great supply of cleaning chemicals. Awesome to shop as the variety is plentiful

It has to be stripped professionally. Painting over w/o stripping will cause huge problems.

Yes they do propane if you bring a empty tank it will be cheaper go inside pay at cash register and someone will meet you outside where they store the gas.

At this location this Lowe's doesn't rent powerwasher you can try Home Depot up from Lowe's on 441 they have a nice rental shop. Also True Value might rent powerwasher they used to in the past.
Ask someone in the Pro Department will be able to help you with the proper amount that you need also anything else for the project you're trying to do.
Best way to find out information is to just give them a call and see what's in stock
