My cat was very ill, and they were very packed with appointments. They did make time in their busy line up to help me and my cat Celine... I am so thankful. They cared and explained so much to me. I did not expect the wellness program to help me so much. I rarely use it, but when I really needed it I was happy with the are we recieved.

While waiting for my dogs appointment this afternoon, a tech there decided to clean the overhead, lights, sign and electrical outlet; only this was this hasn’t been done in sometime and, you guessed it, the place was filthy. The dirt, when brushed off, went all about the air on animals and their owners which resulted in us breathing it in….I guess this is acceptable to the staff with 100% lung capacity but, those of us that have less than 50% were ignored when this was brought to their attention…they do not care about elderly persons that are generally subjected to respiratory illnesses nor do they think much about those that have respiratory issues that were acquired in service to our country

All staff were highly professional, from the start when i rang to advise the problem my cat had, during my visit when i arrived and saw Clinton who took my call earlier and he greated me and my cat by name. The nurse was reassuringly thourgh by taking as much info about my cat's problem to give a good handover to the vet. After the vet consulted my cat, he came out to introduce himself and gave a very understandable discription of his investigation and diagnosis. Again, very reassuring for me that my pets will be in safe hands when i bring them to Banfield again in future. Thank you Banfield team! Kind Regards. Jayson Broad.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hello Angela - Thank you for reaching out. You can learn more about our comprehensive exams here: https://www.banfield.com/pet-healthcare/pet-healthcare-resources/comprehensive-exams.
Hi Angela - Thank you for reaching out. We recommend contacting your local Banfield to see if they are able to provide you with this. You can use our hospital locator to find a location that is convenient for you: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/hospital-locations
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Hi Martha - Thanks for reaching out! We do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same-day appointments. We always recommend calling the team to discuss your pet's needs. Making an appointment would allow time for our team to prepare for your visit and reduce your wait time. The hospital will be your best source for pricing information, but for a rough estimate on certain services, you can also use our pricing calculator here: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/services-pricing#/pricingwidget
