Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with at this company has been the epitome of professional. Honesty, quality service, and fair prices run deep in the company’s veins. Tammy Farrell, who answers the phones and manages the office, serves as the company’s first public contact. She is kind, pleasant, honest, patient, and empathetic. James, one of the technicians, is a prime example of someone who is not only a top-notch field technician, but is also skilled in interpersonal relationships, in how to communicate with people. He’s thorough. He explains stuff in plain English. He easily earns your trust. Mr. Chuck Farrell, Owner, immediately demands respect by his easy-going and friendly but focused demeanor. You just know you’re in the best of care as he asks pointed questions and takes in the situation. I’m three-years new in The Villages, I’ve learned that not everyone treats the residents here with respect and, frankly, when some learn where you live, consider you an easy mark to overcharge and underserve.
