Sent a letter to my son in Cincinnati from Florida over three weeks ago and it has not arrived yet. This is not the first time this has happened and I have lost all confidence in usps! I don’t think anyone at usps cares! I could have driven there faster!! I would appreciate if someone could call me concerning this mess but I truly doubt that I will receive a call!

I can’t believe how bad they’ve messed up my mail! Never forwarded them mail, stamped invalid address and sent it back to sender. Consumer affairs contacted Post Master and he lied to them. I contacted him and he lied to me! Totally incompetent staff.

Using a USPS tracking number it states my package was delivered to a locker in a village postal building on 2/22/22 This package is 5' tall and would not fit in a postal locker So where is my package?

A pkg arrived from the Bloomington, MN post office on 5/31 - can I have the status of that pkg? It was not supposed to be transferred to my Florida address, but the mail carrier here continues to do so - what can I do? It is medication! Joyce

Joyce Corless contact the post matter at the post office that made the mistake. Look for the email for that particular post ofc postmaster.

Depends on the zip code, destination, Suze, and weight. It's best to go directly to the post office.

You can go on line or to ANY post office to fix/correct, etc. Hope that helps!?

You would need to make that request through your local Post Office. Just call them to get the specific answer. But I believe that you can.

You can put in in the outgoing mail slot/drop box but always best to hand to employee in person

People at old address steal it or it gets returned to sender.
A week ago I dropped couple items ready to ship at Lady Lake post office with a label on it and when tracking both, one was delivered and the other shows USPS still waiting.
What happened with the item?

I inadvertently stent a package back to a vendor without getting a new tracking number. On 8/9 I was advised that it would be returned to USPS as a postage due item. To Date it has not been returned to PO. What do I do??

There was no mail service on 9/2. You may use the tracking number to locate the package.
Can I pickup mail now? It was to be held until 8/31/2019
