Management of any apartment complex has a big job when they purpose to do it right. One thing we all should do is appreciate when we have a good manager, and take time to voice it. Appreciate hearing good comments about this management.

Unfortunately you have to call or come down there are waiting list it took months to get my dad in a 1 bedroom

How much and how many rooms is there a available

They have 1bed 2bed and 3beds and I think the basic rent for a 2 bed is 600 something not positive but close to it for sure

how much is a studio apt.and can one have a small dog

I dont believe they have studio apts out there but some people do have pets there

Is this low income housing? My friend lost her home due to a recent fire and has no place to go.

Yes. But you have to fill an app process, and a wait list.
